For 24 years, the Michael D. Herman & Associates Annual Luau has brought together neighbors, friends, public servants, and community leaders for an evening rooted in celebration—and in giving back.
This year’s gathering marked a meaningful milestone: our 24th annual celebration and the penultimate Luau before next year’s 25th and final event. Across nearly a quarter-century, the Luau has become much more than a festive tradition. It has created lasting connections while supporting local charities and the organizations working every day to strengthen our community.
A Celebration for Every Generation
From fire eaters and wonderful food to music, laughter, and the always-spirited limbo competition, the Luau has welcomed guests of every age. Senators, elected officials, community leaders, longtime friends, and our smallest limbo winners have all shared the same space—celebrating together as neighbors.
Being part of a community means more than doing business in it. It means showing up, building relationships, and giving back.
Community Is Something We Practice
At Michael D. Herman & Associates, we believe our responsibility to the community extends beyond the work we do for our clients. It is reflected in how we participate, whom we support, and the relationships we continue to nurture year after year. The Luau has been one joyful expression of that commitment for 24 years.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended this year, everyone who has helped make the celebration possible, and every local charity and community partner whose work gives the evening its purpose.
One Final Luau Ahead
Next year, we will gather for the 25th and final Annual Luau. It will be an opportunity to celebrate a remarkable tradition, honor the people and causes that have shaped it, and make one more set of unforgettable memories together.
After 24 years of food, fire, friendship, and philanthropy, we have one more Luau to go—and we intend to make it one to remember.
